careers - graduate recruitment
We are currently recruiting at graduate level across many of our international offices. We are seeking bright, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to join one of our three training programmes:Global Switch Programme (GSP)
Providing a structured global exchange programme, the GSP maps out the first two years of training for each new recruit. Each graduate receives an intensive training programme in media, communications and public relations during the first year. In their second year, they are given the option to switch with another trainee in one of the many LEWIS offices. The already successful scheme has allowed the company to mobilise its junior workforce with training and development that ensures consistency across its global network.
Graduate Delta Programme (GDP)
The GDP is a three-stage training plan for recent graduates or candidates new to the PR industry. The six-month programme is run and assessed by in-house trainers and can be broken down into three stages of learning: LEWIS procedures, creative writing & additional services, and client relationships. The GDP allows skills to be cascaded through the teams by drawing on knowledge and experience from senior team members.
LEWIS Employee Development Academy (LEDA)
The LEDA was created to aid LEWIS' expansion across Europe. Employees enrol on a training programme in Munich, before being deployed back to their local markets. Here they then open and establish or support a new LEWIS office. The LEDA gives employees the opportunity to fast track their career through a structured six-month training plan, providing the foundation they need to become a PR executive. This would include a general understanding of PR, agency procedures, creative writing, client relationships and ultimately to prepare them for the challenges awaiting them in a new city and a new office.
What’s on offer?
You will have the opportunity to fast track your career through a structured training programme, providing you with the foundation knowledge you need to become a PR executive. Alongside your structured training, whilst working towards becoming an account executive, you will be responsible for important ‘behind the scenes’ administration. This includes meeting preparation, devising and maintaining reports, research and other ad hoc duties.
Who
To be part of our team you will need to be enthusiastic, professional and have a real desire to deliver beyond expectations. You will be a graduate, ideally with PR and relevant commercial experience. A genuine interest in IT, awareness of current affairs and excellent attention to detail are essential and you will be a first class communicator with excellent interpersonal and general research skills.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for all our graduate roles.
We currently have graduate opportunities in London, Munich, Milan, Brussels, Prague, Madrid, Oslo and San Francisco.
It is LEWIS policy to ensure that all job applicants and employees are treated fairly on merit regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age, physical characteristics, religion, race, colour, nationality, national or ethnic origin or disability.
